Senior Linux Administrator

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an Senior Linux Administrator with our large power and utilities client in Huntersville, NC. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension. This is a hybrid position – 2- 3 days a week in office.

Pay: $57.00 – 62.00/hr
; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.

Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Linux-based systems and servers in planning, development, installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of Linux systems.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Deploy, configure, and manage containerized with Kubernetes

Preferred Skills;

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Deploy, monitor and optimize Elasticsearch clusters for performance and reliability
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible
