Huntersville, NC

Shift: 5:45p-6a

Starting Pay Rate: $22.05

• Must have high level knowledge of equipment/process from start to finish and willing to learn where development is needed or new processes launched
• Focused on achieving daily and weekly production goals at the most efficient way possible
• Will act as the first point of contact when problems arise. Escalate issues to the Production Supervisor if they can’t be solved
• Ensure Operators are performing tasks in accordance with SOPs
• Lead, and capable of, applicable preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs
• Stresses safety at all times
• Ensure work areas are clean and well organized
• Training of Operators where needed

• Willingness to train Operators as needed
