QA Manager

Salary Range: $87K to $125K + Bonus, with Partial Relocation Assistance Available. Local Candidates Preferred for Face-to-Face Interviews for the Senior QA Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.

The Quality Assurance Manager will champion operational excellence, superior product quality, and enhance customer experience throughout manufacturing operations. The role focuses on standardizing processes, metrics alignment across various departments, and ensuring that the products meet both customer and internal standards.

• Uphold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 compliant quality management systems.
• Spearhead manufacturing procedure enhancements by analyzing current methods and introducing innovative procedures.
• Provide hands‑on support to manufacturing teams and oversee both internal and external quality audits.
• Standardize product inspection methods and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Implement SAP Quality Management module for optimized quality planning and control.
• Utilize operational data to establish improvement metrics and KPIs.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture through meetings and knowledge evaluation.

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering with over 7 years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on change management.
• Familiarity with APQP methodology, Lean Manufacturing, and OPS tools.
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills are essential.
• Six Sigma certification (Black or Green Belt) is a beneficial asset.
