Canteen North America – BARISTA (PART TIME)

Location: CPCC Merancas – 11930 Verhoeff Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Part time;
Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. More details upon interview.

• Required experience: Two years of prior barista experience preferred. This is a float position that may require travel to other campus locations. Willing to train.
• Pay range: $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into a POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation and portion control; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Prepares food using approved recipes and follows prescribed production standards.
• Greets customers courteously and serves quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in service lines.
• Communicates menu items clearly and assists customers in the buying decision‑making process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
