This position’s primary responsibility is to control, maintain and supervise FC inventory including working with Audit on all Inventory audits and associated tasks.

• Serve as primary contact with Audit for the center Inventory Audits; work with Audit on all Cycle Counts regarding maintenance of inventory, quantities and locations
• Investigate and reconcile all Audit discrepancies
• Collaborate with FC Manager on results of Cycle count and Audit prep
• Know and understand all inventory statuses, all inventory screens and count reports in ILS. Use Scale / Scale Utilities / Power BI to track inventory history
• Perform electronics cycle counts (security cage, all TVs, and tractors) weekly
• Perform perpetual inventory daily, ensuring the entire warehouse is counted weekly
• Work the Pick Sequence Verification report weekly (Aging inventory to ensure 1st in, 1st out)
• Immediately reconcile all over and short discrepancies reported from stores
• Communicate all inventory discrepancies to the General Manager daily
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers and execute all Return to Vendor requests
• Follow written guidelines on how to correct count variances and investigate discrepancies

• Physically audit all damages and order parts if needed
• Maintain inventory accuracy in the damage area and properly label all items with rtoid and disposition
• Maintain a damage discount flyer to expedite scratch and dent items to stores

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar & fast-paced environment
• HS Diploma

• Strong computer skills
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Extremely flexible with the ability to easily shift priorities with a can-do attitude
