Leasing Consultant
Flournoy Properties Group, a well‑respected developer and operator of multifamily communities, is seeking an experienced, high‑energy Leasing Consultant for our luxury property Hambright Junction in Huntersville, NC.
Key Responsibilities- Answer the telephone and sell the community to prospective residents.
- Set appointments for prospective residents to visit and tour the community.
- Show prospective residents the community and apartment homes.
- Conduct timely follow‑up, schedule move‑ins and complete required paperwork.
- Close the sale to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding quickly and courteously to resident inquiries and service requests, taking prompt action to resolve problems, and documenting situations as they occur.
- Play an integral role in resident retention through participation in resident activities, renewal preparation, follow‑up and resident needs assessments.
- 14 paid holidays, including birthday.

- $175 leasing bonuses with ramped up higher amounts of $250 and $375 commissions per lease.
- Proven record of meeting monthly sales goals in a retail or multifamily sales role.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co‑workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.
- Strong passion for delivering best‑in‑class service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Solid multitasking skills along with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as the business requires.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for training and occasional meetings.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, team player, willing to learn.
- Previous retail sales or multifamily leasing experience required.
- GED or high school diploma preferred.
