About The Role

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
Pay Frequency:
Weekly
Pay Per Hour: £13.40
Life as an AMFRESH Warehouse Administrator- You will complete administrative duties such as tracking intake deliveries accurately.
- You will communicate all issues with logistics department regarding deliveries such as differing quantities, varieties, country of origin, and labelled/unlabelled from that advised on the paperwork.
- You will communicate with our customers to provide current status of vehicles and timelines.
- You will ensure all safety procedures are adhered to and check with the driver if it is safe to unload.
- You will instruct delivery drivers into the correct bays to drop off and take deliveries.
- You will work alongside the Quality department to ensure all issues are communicated and the Warehouse team scan all stock to the correct locations.
- You will support your Shift Manager with traceability exercises during audits.
- You will prepare and provide a handover to the night shift team, making sure it is clear and detailed ownership is taken of anything needing to be resolved.
- You will use a computer system (for the majority of your shift) to ensure export receipts for stock have been received.
- Training and Development with onsite Training Team and MHE Instructor.

- On site ESOL courses (English for Speakers of Other Languages).

- Strong use of Microsoft Excel.
