My client based in St Ives Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for an Electrical Services Administrator
- Maternity Cover to join their team on a full time basis.
St Ives, Cambridgeshire | Full-Time
Salary £26,000
Monday
- Friday.
The Role
You will coordinate the day-to-day scheduling of electrical engineers, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and completed within agreed SLAs. You will also liaise with clients and engineers, manage incoming queries and provide a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and allocate jobs to electrical engineers.
- Liaise with engineers, clients and internal teams.
- Manage incoming calls and emails.
- Log and update jobs, communications and client requirements.
- Monitor outstanding works, paperwork and certification.
- Chase updates and ensure jobs are completed correctly.
- Update client portals and internal systems.
- Assist with quotes, RAMS and general administration.
- Escalate issues and identify potential risks.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating by phone and email.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to multitask and work to deadlines.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to follow procedures.
- Professional, customer-focused and a strong team player.
