Do you have strong administration and customer service skills? Are you confident speaking with clients over the phone and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities? Are you organised, accurate and empathetic in your approach?

We have the job for you!

Known internally as a Probate Beneficiary Contact Administration Support, this Team Administration Assistant role here with us at Move With Us (part of Simplify), is all about providing first-class administrative and client support.

Working with our existing client base in the Probate division, the Team Administration Assistant plays an important part in ensuring new referrals and client enquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally. Experience or knowledge of the UK probate or property sectors would certainly be advantageous but not at all essential, we are most interested in hearing from people with strong transferable administration and customer service skills who are keen to learn and develop.
