Administrator, Customer Service Rep, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our clients Depot team, based in Fenstanton on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of June 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused and confident individual who enjoys taking ownership of their work and contributing to a busy environment.

• Salary £27,000-£28,500 (pro rata for the period ending in June)
• Mon-Fri
• Full Induction and training
• 33 days holiday, including bank holidays (Pro rata)

• Confidently manage telephone calls with a professional and courteous manner
• Act as a customer facing point of contact, delivering a high standard of service at all times
• Effectively handle Trade Counter enquiries, offering prompt and helpful assistance
• Use strong IT skills to maintain records, update systems, and support day-to-day operations
• Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order progression

• Minimum of 2 years administration and customer service experience
• Customer Centric approach
• Ability to work as part of a self managed team
• Able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
• IT Literate and ideally experienced with working on stock management systems
