Consultant Radiologist

Responsibilities

• Deliver subspecialty radiology services in alignment with departmental needs, driving service improvement.
• Provide leadership and clinical expertise across general radiology, working closely with your colleagues in a collaborative environment.
• Actively contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain your subspecialty interest, enhancing our department's offering to meet patient and service requirements.
• Lead and contribute to audit projects and protocol development, ensuring best practices are followed.

• Full GMC registration with a license to practice (or eligibility within 6 months).
• UK-trained applicants:
  Must have a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or be within 6 months of award at the date of interview.
• Non-UK-trained applicants:
  Must demonstrate CCT equivalence.
• Subspecialist interest in Gynaecology and Colorectal is essential.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork, patient care, and innovation.
