We are looking to appoint a Lecturer in Bricklaying & Multi-Skills for our Huntingdon campus. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled construction professional who is passionate about their trade and motivated by developing the next generation of industry talent.

The RoleAs a Lecturer, you will deliver a mix of practical and theoretical teaching across a range of programmes. You will help learners develop technical competence, confidence, and employability skills aligned with current industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment across bricklaying and multi-skills programmes.
- Support learners through tutorials, guidance and pastoral care.
- Contribute to curriculum development to keep programmes current and industry-relevant.
- Complete associated administration accurately and professionally.
- Proven industry experience in Bricklaying, Multi-skills or Construction.
- A minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Bricklaying or a related trade.
- Strong technical knowledge with a genuine passion for sharing skills and experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a learner-centered approach.
Teaching qualifications are welcomed, but strong industry professionals who are keen to move into education are also encouraged to apply.
