Raet: 150 – 180 daily (depending on experience and qualification level

Aspire People are working with a welcoming school in Huntingdon who are seeking a committed and adaptable Class Teacher to provide day‑to‑day cover on a supply basis. This opportunity is ideal for ECTs looking to broaden their experience, as well as experienced teachers who want flexibility and the opportunity to focus on delivering high‑quality lessons.

• Deliver engaging, pre‑planned lessons across EYFS – KS2
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Adapt teaching to meet a variety of learning needs
• Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider school team
• Provide clear feedback at the end of each day

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• A proven track record of high‑quality teaching
• The ability to build strong relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
• A clear commitment to equal opportunities and inclusive practice
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also using their own initiative
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Confidence in meeting a variety of needs and managing challenging behaviour where required
• High aspirations for themselves and all learners
• Excellent communication skills
  
  Patience and a good sense of humour
• Proven competency in English and Maths
