Job Introduction

This is your chance to bring your knowledge and experience of working with young people in a community,educational, museumor gallery context to this exciting role!

You will use your planning and administrative skills to help delivera partnership programme of projects, workshops and public events for young people across Cornwall, championing

Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden as inclusivevenues for young audiences. You will support the development of existing and new community partnerships, while supporting artists and youth-led practice within the team.

Your strong project management skills and collaborative working style means that you’ll be able to organise logistics for small to large events, with the ability to co-ordinate people and oversee budgets. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with Tate staff as well as strategic partner organisations, including cultural and youth sector partners, schools, local authorities and universities. You will also have experience of using social media and producing digital content.

What’s more, whether you have a degree in art, education or equivalent experience, you will have a strong commitment to inclusion and diversity and the work of Tate.
