St Ivo Academy in Cambridgeshire is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join our alternative provision. This 19.5-hour, term-time post offers the chance to support students' behaviour and wellbeing, with a permanent contract at SCP 18-23.
You will work Monday to Wednesday, build strong relationships with learners, deliver targeted interventions, and collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.
