Do you take pride in maintaining high standards and keeping things spotless? We're looking for a dedicated Hygiene Operative to join our night hygiene team at Ramsey and play a vital role in ensuring our factory remains clean, safe, and compliant with food safety standards.
Shift :
Monday to Friday 6pm to 2.30am
- Carrying out detailed cleaning of factory areas and machinery to the highest standards.
- Ensuring excellent hygiene standards are maintained throughout the site.
- Monitoring and reporting any concerns regarding chemical effectiveness.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures, policies, and chemical safety training.
- Ensuring food safety concerns are reported immediately to management.
- Correctly disposing of waste and maintaining waste segregation procedures.
- Completing hygiene records and documentation accurately.
- Supporting Production, Engineering, and Technical teams to maintain a safe working environment.
- Reporting hygiene, safety, or equipment issues promptly.
- Using PPE, cleaning equipment, and tools safely and correctly, ensuring they are well maintained at all times.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and cleanliness requirements.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and COSHH regulations beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible approach and willingness to support changing business needs.
- Positive attitude and desire to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Strong awareness of health, safety, and food safety requirements.
