Join our Exploration team at St Ives Gold Mine, where you’ll play a key role in advancing both brownfields and greenfields exploration programs across one of Australia’s most prospective gold camps.

Working alongside an experienced and collaborative team, you’ll collect and interpret geological data, support drilling programs, and identify opportunities that contribute to the discovery and growth of our mineral resources. This is an exciting opportunity to build your technical capability while making a meaningful contribution to the future of our operations.

Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles.

Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

• Permanent role with a leading global gold producer.
• Residential (Kalgoorlie/Kambalda) or FIFO from Perth on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster with a 6% site allowance.
• Quarterly bonus of up to 10% and monthly private health insurance allowance.

• Plan, execute and report on exploration programs across the mine lease and surrounding tenements.
• Conduct geological mapping, sampling, drilling supervision and geological interpretation.
• Provide technical support for exploration targeting, resource growth and geological understanding.
• Champion our values by fostering a safe, collaborative and inclusive team environment.

• Tertiary qualification in Geology and a current manual driver’s licence.
• Experience in gold exploration with knowledge of drilling, geochemistry and geological interpretation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for exploration, continuous improvement and teamwork.
