Junior Recruitment Consultant - Sales - Huntingdon

Were excited to be expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a catering background who is looking to move into recruitment or further develop their recruitment career.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards, our CRM (Bullhorn), and other platforms Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients Taking detailed job briefs and creating effective job adverts Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the hiring process Negotiating offers and managing expectations of clients and candidates Providing a consultative, honest, and professional service throughout

What Were Looking For :
