Hello Kindred is seeking a Payroll Lead Functional Consultant / Architect to drive the Discovery phase of a payroll migration programme. You will act as workstream lead for payroll, assess business requirements, tooling, scope, costs and risks to support a Foundation phase transition.
In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with data, technical and client teams, define payroll scope, plan, and resource profiles, and produce weekly status updates while identifying mitigations and issues.
