Warranty Controller

About the RoleAs an integral member of the Aftersales Team, you will manage warranty claims, process payments, reconcile credits and support colleagues to ensure accurate and timely handling of warranty processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Aftersales colleagues to gather necessary information and coach team members.
- Record data from warranty claims.
- Post and reconcile payments and credits from warranty claims.
- Utilise tools and resources to become a specialist in warranty management.
- Previous relevant experience required.
- Experience in the motor industry essential.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise work.
