Kingsley Specialist Services, part of Kingsley Healthcare, is seeking a Maintenance Person for our care home. You will ensure safety, functionality and upkeep, performing building maintenance, equipment repair and groundskeeping with a focus on proactive tasks and prompt issue resolution.
You will report to the Home Manager / Regional Asset Manager, carrying out routine inspections, coordinating with service providers, maintaining records and helping manage budgets.
