Manheim Vehicle Services, part of the Cox Automotive Group, is a fast-growing, forward-thinking business, supporting customer de-fleet operations and multiple remarketing channels with a full range of vehicle preparation services - ensuring every vehicle is ready for both wholesale and retail markets.

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Multi-Skilled Facilities and Site Maintenance Technician to help keep our busy automotive site safe, efficient and looking it’s best.

You will be responsible for general building, electrical and plumbing maintenance - ensuring our site stays in top condition every day.

• General building and site maintenance
• Electrical and plumbing repairs
• Heating, ventilation and HVAC maintenance
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Fire safety, alarm and emergency lighting checks
• Small repairs, refurbishments and grounds maintenance
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers
• Keeping maintenance records and stock levels up to date
• Supporting a safe and compliant working environment

Someone who is genuinely multi-skilled and confident working across different areas of maintenance. You don't need to be an expert in every trade, but you should have solid experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance, with the practical ability to diagnose problems and get things fixed.

You’ll need to be proactive, organised and comfortable working independently, with a “get stuck in and find a solution” attitude.
