Dozer Operator

• 4 days, 4 nights, 6 off roster | Residential in Kambalda/Kalgoorlie
• Hands‑on Surface Production Role Shaping Pits, Dumps & Stockpiles
• Operate Komatsu Dozers at St Ives Gold Mine

In this role, you will play a key part in surface production, operating dozers to shape pits, dumps, and stockpiles while working safely and efficiently as part of our Surface Mining team at our owner-operated St Ives Gold Mine.

• Permanent role with a leading gold producer
• 6% site allowance and quarterly bonus up to 10% annually
• Monthly private health allowance
• Minimum of 5 weeks annual leave, dependent on roster
• Relocation support offered if relocating to the Kalgoorlie area
• $10K employee referral bonus

• Current manual driver’s licence. HR license is preferred
• Demonstrated ability operating dozers in a surface mining environment
• Experience on Komatsu track and wheel dozers preferred

• Shape and maintain dumps, stockpiles, and working areas to design and production requirements
• Operate equipment safely while maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Complete pre‑starts, inspections, and support preventative maintenance
