Machine Operator - Day Shift

Salary: £14.02 per hour |

Shift: 4 on 4 off, 6am – 6pm |

We are now looking for an experienced Machine Operator to support daily operations of a designated production line/team within the Production Hall.

• Operate machinery as required.
• Ensure all product/batch is cleared from the end of line prior to the start of the next product/batch.
• Maintain an understanding of product specifications and ensure specs are available.
• Support the team in the implementation and improvement of procedures and processes to meet required standards of work.
• Provide recommendations to the training function for all line operators.
• Motivate and report to staff.
