We are seeking a friendly and efficient General Assistant to join our team in Huntingdon, United Kingdom. As a General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and excellent customer service.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' needs and requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high standard of presentation and quality
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations and contribute to a positive work environment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces
• Assist with general administrative tasks and support various departments as needed
• Comply with health and safety regulations and food service guidelines
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Support team members during busy periods and assist with additional tasks as required
• Contribute to the organisation's goals by demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills

• Previous minimum 1 yrs experience in a similar role, particularly in the food service industry (preferred)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, as required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role
