Position: FOOD SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Great food is only half the story great service makes it unforgettable. As our Food Services Supervisor, you’ll be right at the heart of our Restaurant & Bar, leading shifts, motivating the team and making sure every service runs smoothly from open to close.

You’ll be hands-on on the floor, confident with the menu, and passionate about delivering standout guest experiences whether that’s a perfect breakfast, a busy lunch or cocktails at the bar.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading and supervising Restaurant & Bar shifts to ensure seamless service
  • Knowing the food & drink menu inside out and making sure the team does too
  • Maintaining high standards and ensuring all F&B policies and procedures are followed
  • Supporting training, coaching and developing the team
  • Managing stock, completing inventories and ensuring clean, organised storage
  • Monitoring guest experience, safety and service levels throughout each shift
  • Completing opening & closing duties, including cash handling and securing the venue
  • Working closely with other hotel teams and supporting where needed
  • Spotting opportunities to upsell and increase revenue
  • Helping seasonal events to drive additional sales

  • Previous F&B supervisory experience (restaurant, bar or hotel)
