Chef De Partie

Chef de partie is required for a kitchen in the Huntingdon area of Cambridgeshire, this is a fresh food kitchen and you will be part of the team of chefs. chef de partie, 30-32k.

The role
as a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will prep your kitchen section for service and ensure your fridge is ready, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in service. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, with good knife skills and organised.
