Great opportunity to work as an Onsite Coordinator

Our client’s fast-paced flower production site in Alconbury offers a temp-to-perm contract for the right candidate. The rate of pay is £12.69 per hour. This is a full-time role with a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern. The hours of work are 05:30 am – 06:00 pm. Additional overtime days are offered but not expected, and the shift pattern might change due to business requirements.

Free transport is available from Peterborough.

As an On‑Site Coordinator, your duties include but are not limited to:

• Signing in workers prior to their shift.
• Fulfilling daily bookings in line with client order requirements (booking candidates for work on a daily basis).
• Handling high inbound and outbound call volumes.
• Completing payroll on a daily or weekly basis.
• Dealing with worker queries, including pay inquiries, quickly and efficiently.
• Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences.
• Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes.
• Providing a positive customer experience.

Our ideal Onsite Coordinator can quickly adapt to changing priorities and has strong problem‑solving skills. You will have a customer‑centric mindset, always putting people first.

You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essential as full training is provided. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory.
