About the Role
We are looking for a Part Time Sales Advisor for an 8‑hour temporary contract at our shop in St. Ives.
Responsibilities- Deliver an exceptional service with thorough product knowledge.
- Recommend services and solutions to drive sales and gather customer data.
- Drive sales across channels, using the website as a selling tool and processing online orders.
- Resolve customer issues with a first‑point approach and actively seek solutions.
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
- Implement store visual merchandising and window standards, maximising commercial opportunities.
- Flexibly support operational tasks such as inventory management, loss prevention, health & safety and store safety standards.
High standards of customer service, enthusiasm, energy and effective communication. Adaptability, resilience and confidence to work independently are essential qualities.
