What we need in a nutshell

We are looking for an experienced Holiday Home Sales Advisor who can support our beautiful St Ives Bay Beach Resort. The ideal candidate is results‑driven and personable.

What you will be doing

As a holiday home sales senior advisor you will interact and build relationships with potential purchasers, give them the insights they need to make informed decisions, and guide them through all aspects of holiday home ownership. You will seek and create new opportunities, tour potential owners around the environment—including sand dunes, sea views, available plots, and on‑site facilities—and work weekends and bank holidays.

You will also aim to exceed stretch sales targets and set an example for junior team members.

First and foremost, you will be a people person with an ability to build long‑term relationships and make customers feel special, whether on the phone or face‑to‑face. You will multi‑task under pressure, stay calm and approachable, and thrive in a performance‑driven environment.   • Previous experience in selling holiday homes or similar high‑value products.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales calls to engage potential customers and secure appointments.
  • Strong background in a target‑driven sales environment with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
