** Laboratory Technician Apprentice**, you won’t just be starting a job—you’ll be launching a meaningful career. You’ll combine your passion for science and the planet with hands-on experience and nationally recognised qualifications. It’s your chance to make a real impact, help shape a more sustainable future and turn your passion for the environment into a purpose-driven profession. This isn’t your typical 9–5.
Imagine yourself in a laboratory environment, where you'll be hands-on with analysing samples and learning a broad range of techniques across both life sciences and chemistry. From day one, you’ll be supported by experienced professionals who’ll guide you through your development. You'll get the chance to cutting edge equipment while also mastering traditional methods, giving you a well-rounded skill set.
As you deepen your understanding of the samples you work with, you'll see firsthand how your contributions impact our operations, our customers, and the environment. You’ll follow water on its journey from source to tap, playing a crucial role in maintaining its safety and quality every step of the way.
* Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this role may require possible shift requirement of 1
* 5 GCSEs including Maths & English Grade A - C or 9 – 4 (we can also accept function skills qualifications)
** Nationally Recognised Qualification
- ** Gain the Laboratory Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Achieve a Level 3 Laboratory Skills Certificate, recognised by the Royal Society of Chemistry
