We are looking for an Adult Support Coordinator to join our Adults Community Team in Huntingdonshire
, based in Huntingdon. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a welcoming and dedicated locality team that is committed to supporting adults to live independently and achieve positive outcomes.

We embrace flexible and modern ways of working, enabling our social care teams to work where they are needed most. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with health professionals and partner organisations to deliver better outcomes for the adults we support across Huntingdonshire.
