Do you want to be part of a team that actively encourages and celebrates young people’s aspirations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Leaving Care Service as a full-time, permanent Personal Advisor at Scott House in Huntingdon.

In this rewarding role, you will provide guidance, advice, and practical support to our Care Leavers, helping them prepare for independent living and supporting them to pursue their ambitions and achieve their goals.

Working within a Pathway Planning framework, you will support care-experienced young people—primarily aged 18–25—as they transition into adulthood. You will collaborate closely with a wide range of professionals and partners involved in a young person’s life, ensuring a joined-up, holistic approach that places the young person at the centre of everything you do.

No two days will be the same. As a Personal Advisor, you will experience a varied and dynamic role, offering continual learning and development opportunities. You will build strong, trusted relationships with young people through consistency, reliability, and respect—meeting them where they are and remaining focused on achieving positive, sustainable outcomes.
