Site Waste Operative

We are looking to recruit operatives for our waste management client at a large multi‑business site. You will work as part of a collection team, collecting cardboard, plastic and paper.

The role will require manual handling and most collection work will be outdoors in all weather conditions.

There are no set qualifications for this role. Previous experience in the waste industry or yard work is desirable. Other desirable attributes include:

• Physical fitness
• Knowledge of health & safety
• Experience using a compactor & baler
• Ideally holding an FLT licence

Full training and induction are provided.

A positive and helpful attitude with good communication skills is essential, as you will be representing the on‑site waste management company, collecting from all current businesses on site.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am‑4:30pm. A full driving licence and CV are required.
