-hour working week Works out at £16.35 per hour  bonus Opportunity to earn up to an additional £1,200 per year through our SCV Driver Bonus Scheme Monday to Friday working No scheduled weekend working Flexible start times between 3:00am and 8:00am Complete your8-hour shiftin a way that suits your lifestyle Daily return to your home depot, with no overnight stays Get paid every 4 weeks (13 paydays a year) Ongoing training and career development opportunities What You'll Be Doing Following planned collection routes using PDA and in-cab technology Operating specialist Soft Compaction Vehicles Collecting and transporting healthcare waste, including pharmaceutical, hazardous, non-hazardous and clinical waste Emptying and collecting Euro bins containing offensive waste Completing consignment and waste transfer documentation Returning to your allocated depot each day to unload collected waste Delivering outstanding customer service whilst working safely and compliantly What phs Are Looking For:
Category C (Class
2) licence Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Minimum 12 months' driving experience with the relevant licence No more than 6 penalty points and no recent IN or DD endorsements A strong commitment to safety and compliance Good customer service and communication skills A flexible attitude to the products carried and collected as part of the role Other Benefits such as:
