We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative who thrives in a friendly, non‑hierarchical, consumer‑focused and customer‑driven high‑performance culture. The role requires you to complete all Warehouse & Logistics duties safely and effectively, in line with company procedures and policies.

• Fully proficient on all Warehouse & Logistics despatch, intake and decant procedures in line with current SOPs.
• Use FOPS, WMS, OCM and hand scanner to complete logistics procedures to required standards.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and to audit standards at all times.
• Maintain GMP standards with a clean‑as‑you‑go policy.
• Complete all MHE checks prior to use of equipment.
• Adopt a flexible approach to job rotation, either by job or unit specific.
• Display a positive approach to training provided by the company to improve service to our customer.
• Perform any other tasks within your ability or which you have been trained for.

• English speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Numeracy skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow simple instructions.
• Experience working as part of a highly effective team.
• Ideally previous warehouse and/or logistics experience.
