You’ll support plant operations with cost analysis, inventory control, and financial reporting. Your work guides key decisions and drives profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze raw material, labor, and overhead costs
- Support multiple plant managers on cost and inventory issues
- Maintain cost accounting systems and BOMs
- Handle month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations
- Support physical inventory and cycle counts
- Drive financial reporting and improvement projects
- Back up other cost accountants as needed
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of cost accounting in manufacturing
- Strong Excel and ERP experience
- Analytical, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
- Power BI or other business intelligence tools
- Solid understanding of inventory and ROI metrics
This is a full‑time, onsite role with a high‑performing team. Must be dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented.
