Express Technician (Recon Center)

Lithia & Driveway, is looking for a motivated Express Technician to join our growing reconditioning team. This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career with one of the largest and fastest-growing automotive retailers in the nation.

• Perform routine maintenance skeletal repairs (oil changes, tire rotations, filters, inspections)
• Complete multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly
• Assist with vehicle reconditioning to meet Hyundai and company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work Lot by meeting quality and productivity expectations

• Basic automotive service or lube technician experience preferred; training available
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• ASE certifications a plus, but not required
