The Office and Project Manager is responsible for keeping the corporate office running smoothly while coordinating projects across operations, franchise support, sales, marketing, and studio development. The role streamlines communication, manages timelines, organizes deliverables, and ensures consistent execution as STRIDE Fitness grows.
Key Responsibilities Corporate Office Management- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
- Organize and maintain company documents, SOPs, contracts, and franchise materials
- Support onboarding of new corporate staff and studio management teams
- Coordinate payroll documents, HR paperwork, background checks, and compliance tracking
- Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and corporate asset organization
- Oversee project timelines for new studio openings, presale campaigns, and brand rollouts
- Track deliverables across operations, sales, marketing, and franchise support
- Develop templates, checklists, and SOPs for studio openings, sales systems, and training
- Maintain dashboards, KPI trackers, and operational reports
- Manage communication and handoffs between Corporate, Franchisees, and Studio teams
- Support brand initiatives, launch events, and community outreach programs
- Coordinate sales playbooks, training materials, scripts, and reporting
- Maintain CRM hygiene across corporate and franchise accounts
- Support rollout of corporate sales initiatives, scheduling, and reporting cycles
- Assist franchise owners with lead pipelines, data accuracy, and brand compliance
- Monitor membership performance metrics across the network
- Support content planning, social asset organization, and campaign calendars
- Coordinate marketing requests from studios and franchisees
- Manage communication with external agencies, contractors, and vendors
- Assist with production timelines for creative projects and promotional events
- Organize and distribute branded materials, assets, and launch toolkits
- Maintain the STRIDE Fitness operations playbook and training library
- Track field issues and coordinate solutions with operations, sales, and tech partners
- Support planning for coach trainings, front desk trainings, and franchise workshops
- Assist in QA testing for new systems and processes before rollout
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments with clarity and urgency
- Comfortable with fast-moving, startup-style environments
- Clear communication skills and strong follow-through
- Ability to build and improve systems, workflows, and SOPs
- Tech savvy with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and project management platforms
- Comfortable handling both administrative tasks and high-level coordination
