JOB SUMMARY

The Aftermarket Support Coordinator is an entry‑level role that works closely with the Aftermarket Business Analyst to support the coordination and execution of aftermarket services. This position involves assisting with internal processes, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring service requirements are met efficiently. The Aftermarket Support Coordinator will gain valuable experience by collaborating with internal teams and the Aftermarket Business Analyst, helping to drive performance improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

This role provides a strong foundation for growth in aftermarket operations and service delivery.

SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES – Essential Functions (Other duties and projects may be assigned or requested.)

  • Assist in tracking and monitoring internal supplier performance against SLAs.
  • Support the preparation of reports and performance data for review by the Aftermarket Business Analyst and Aftermarket Management team.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure actions are taken to resolve performance issues.
  • Act as a point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to aftermarket services.
  • Collaborate with the Aftermarket Business Analyst to address customer escalations effectively.
  • Ensure customer feedback is documented and shared with relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier performance metrics and customer interactions.
  • Organize and schedule team meetings (including preparation), performance reviews, and other related activities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and documents for senior management.
  • Work closely with the Aftermarket Business Analyst to align daily activities with team objectives.
  • Support cross‑functional communication to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe, secure and legal work environment, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Protect the confidentiality of the Company’s information and products.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned or requested.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred (a combination of related experience and education may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree).

Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of directly related experience.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Skills/

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination is a plus but not required.
Other:
  • Extended or irregular hours may be required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly Rate Transparency: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
