.
Seeking aspiring talent interested in Creative – Art Direction. We are a hybrid workplace: 3 days per week in office. Candidates must reside in Southern California for the internship.
Work alongside industry experts on real client projects and collaborate with other interns on a group Capstone assignment.
Our goal is to expose you to real-world projects and prepare you for your next step in the advertising world. The INNternship program is designed to put you at the forefront of client-focused projects and educational sessions with a little bit of fun sprinkled in!
Program Details- Program duration:
Monday, June 15 – Thursday, August 20 - Applications close Friday, January 30
- Paid internship: $18.50/hour (no college credit)
- Work week:
Monday–Friday, approx. 40 hours per week - Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Work on real assignments, Capstone project, cross‑functional training
- Lunches with executive leadership, alumni and more …
- Graduated in early 2026, or on track to graduate in late 2026 or early 2027
- Strong foundation in craft (concepting, design, copy, motion)
- Portfolio demonstrating concepting, execution, and taste
- Ability to work independently while eager to learn and receive feedback
- Strong awareness of social‑first creative and experience using AI tools to work smarter, iterate faster, and explore ideas, grounded in strong creative insights
