Responsibilities- Support our Human Capital Management (Workday) system to align configuration with business processes and improve user experience.
- Assist with configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and efficiency of HRIS systems including Workday HCM, iCIMS (ATS), and other platforms.
- Work closely with Payroll, HR, IT, and other departments to analyze, implement, and maintain solutions for onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, leaves, and employee data management.
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Leaves, Time and Absence).
- Implement Workday system changes including business process design, configuration, testing, runbooks, and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support for Workday, iCIMS, and other HR systems.
- Test software upgrades to ensure compliance with company policy and federal and state payroll regulations.
- Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday reporting tools (Prism Analytics, Report Writer, Trended Worker Reporting).
- Monitor HRIS data integrity, implement measures to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Develop reports and conduct audits to ensure data integrity, correct pay and tax practice.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and analyze HR data for business decisions.
- Support Workday-related projects and enhancements, working with cross-functional teams.
- Manage system updates and releases, ensuring new features are tested, documented, and deployed.
- Act as liaison between HR business units and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between systems.
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements to HRIS processes and workflows.
- Stay current with Workday updates, new features, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in HRIS management, preferably in Workday.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM modules with solid understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience with Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, EIB Templates, XML, or Web Service Calls.
- Deep knowledge of HR processes, data management, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, consultative, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Innovative, initiative-driven, highly flexible and adaptable.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overnight travel as required.
