We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager with exceptional sourcing capabilities to support Q1 hiring needs across both our Restaurant Support Center and our restaurant leadership teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent who embody our culture and drive our business forward.
Responsibilities- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage full cycle recruiting process including: development and execution of a targeted sourcing strategies, interviewing, pre-employment assessments, scheduling of interviews, negotiating & extending employment offers, processing background and reference checks and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and nurturing both active and passive candidates.
- Create, review and update job descriptions and postings to attract and source top talent.
- Vendor management of external recruiting agency partners and collaborate as needed.
- Maintain ATS data integrity by managing candidate flow, communication, and timely dispositioning.
- Provide insights using market intelligence to guide hiring leaders on compensation insights, competitive challenges, and industry trends.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing our culture and values throughout the hiring process.
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
- 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or multi-site environments.
- Strong sourcing expertise with proven success using social networks, job boards, Boolean search, and creative outbound techniques.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to self-manage: well organized, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and partner effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated accountability, drive, and commitment to high performance.
- Hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Travel may be required.
