Overview
iNRCORE Group is a leading provider of high‑reliability passive electronic components for mission‑critical applications. With fourteen manufacturing facilities and over 1,000+ employees, we are growing fast and looking for an experienced HR professional to lead multi‑site operations on the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for facilities in California, Oregon, and Mexico.
- Manage HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and U.S. & Mexican labor laws.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with plant managers, presidents, and general managers to align HR practices with operational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for all sites.
- Provide workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development support.
- Monitor HR metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Coordinate with local HR teams in Tecate and Mexicali to support business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing HR across multiple locations and cultural environments.
- Solid knowledge of HRIS systems and data management.
- Hands‑on experience in recruitment processes, including applicant screening and selection.
- Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and results‑oriented work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Fluency in Spanish required; bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25 %‑30 % and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in manufacturing environments and multi‑country, multi‑cultural settings preferred.
