Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with a strong background in Mac Book support within a Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supporting macOS devices in a corporate setting, with preferred knowledge of Jamf for device management. You will play a key role in ensuring our end‑users have a seamless and secure experience with their devices, productivity tools, and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier 1 support for macOS devices, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Mac Books using Kandji or other mobile device management (MDM) tools.
  • Provide Mac Book device installation and/or uninstallation services.
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
  • Manage user accounts and licenses in Azure AD and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Mac Books and elevate complex problems as necessary.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees, including provisioning and deprovisioning of hardware and software.
  • Document support processes, maintain asset inventory, and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
  • Collaborate with the broader IT team on projects and initiatives that impact end‑user computing.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role, primarily focused on macOS.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 apps and services.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and identity/access management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
