• Primarily operate Manual Lathes & Bridgeport Manual Mills
• Ability to use measuring devices to verify part conformance
• Develop setups and processes to meet customer specifications
• Track tooling usage and inventory. Provide tooling needs as the job requires.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery
• Maintain production logs (Work Orders, Inspection Logs, Part Counts, etc.)

• High School or GED
• Experience operating Manual Lathes & Mills or similar (5 years preferred) Familiarity with machine tools and equipment
• Ability to interpret drawings and blueprints and perform intermediate to advanced operation of Manual Lathes & Mills
• The pay for this position starts at a minimum of $24.76/hr. when the minimum job requirements are met and goes up based upon a candidate’s experience and qualifications in a similar role. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance.
