We are seeking experienced CNC Mill and/or CNC Lathe Machinists to join the second-shift manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on machining position for candidates who are comfortable independently setting up and machining complex, close-tolerance and contoured components from engineering drawings and blueprints. The ideal candidate has a strong precision‑machining background and can take a job from setup through completed part while maintaining dimensional accuracy and quality requirements.

- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of machining practices, tooling, feeds/speeds and work holding.
- Ability to inspect your own work and maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Aerospace, defense, prototype, R&D or other high-precision manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
- Must be comfortable working 2nd shift and overtime as required.
