Advertising Account Executive

Who We're Looking For:

You’re an inquisitive, collaborative, and detail-oriented account executive capable of managing projects from start to finish as part of a highly productive cross-functional team. You understand that there are multiple ways to reach audiences, with evolving methods beyond traditional advertising.

This role is a key part of the team, focused on delivering outstanding work for a technology and entertainment brand (Comcast/Xfinity) with high expectations for award-winning, results-driven campaigns.

What the Job Entails:

• Assist the account team in managing internal teams through effective communication and project facilitation.
• Coordinate logistics and identify necessary resources to keep projects on track.
• Develop a deep understanding of the category and business, providing insights through competitive analysis and industry trends.
• Support the Account Supervisor and Account Director in daily client management, including overseeing production, status reports, and budget control.
• Contribute to creative development and post-production processes, focusing on metrics and success measurement.
• Collaborate with strategists, planners, creatives, and producers to conceptualize innovative campaigns that make an impact.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, applying analytical skills to optimize efforts.
• Assist with client reporting, billing, and process improvements alongside finance and operations teams.
• Build and maintain sources of industry information to stay informed about the business landscape.

• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and taking on new projects.
• Experience with integrated campaigns across TV, digital advertising, content production, social media, and digital products.
• A passion for popular culture and awareness of current trends.
• 2-3+ years of experience in account management.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
