We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality standards of our manufacturing processes and products. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment where you will ensure the high quality of our products, maintain compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to ensure adherence to company and industry quality standards.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Recommend, develop, and implement improvements to production processes to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with production team members to foster a strong understanding of quality control standards and expectations.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
• Supervise the production process to ensure that all products meet quality expectations.
• Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly.
• Communicate with Quality Control Manager about current inspection results and coordinate to determine corrective action plans when necessary.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances with high accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to identify inconsistencies and defects.
• Excellent knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of the tools, equipment, and procedures used in quality control inspections.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey quality control principles to team members.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to meet department and company objectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with database management.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make sound decisions based on data.
• A degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
