Job Description: As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that each guest leaves with unforgettable memories.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering and receiving supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures.
- Plan and coordinate special events and promotions.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to update and refine the menu.
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting.
- Competitive compensation: $72,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year.
